I've had larger and smaller skillets, but this is my favorite! It's extremely easy to use and clean. It heats very quickly, and cooks very evenly. It took me a few to get used to the copper, just because I never had a copper lined pan before. Lol. You should keep a landing pad - maybe a plate - next to the skillet, to put the lid on when you need to do something with the cooking food from time to time. I've even cooked biscuits in it. Just turn them over after 4 or 5 minutes, and keep the lid on otherwise. After 4-5 more minutes, they're done. There's plenty of room for up to 4 biscuits at a time. I haven't measured the capacity yet, but at 4 cups, it's only about half full. I'd say it would comfortably hold 6 cups without making it too full to be safe from overflows. Eggs ☑️ Sausage ☑️ Grilled cheese ☑️ Chili ☑️ Gravy ☑️ I'm going to try fried potatoes next. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. It's easier if you can find a small, silicone spatula for turning, and I need to get a shorter handled silicone spoon. It's just easier. You can make do with the average size if necessary. I really love this skillet.
