I couldn't be happier with my Merach Elliptical! Shipping was prompt, and it arrived right on schedule. The packaging was incredible—it was so well-secured that it could probably survive a trip to the moon! Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free, though you will have to unpack the carton to find the instructions. The do provide all tools needed, however it will be easier if you have your own. As someone who is 6'5", finding exercise equipment that comfortable fits my frame can be a challenge, but I fit on this elliptical nicely. The 19-inch stride length feels natural and just right for my movement. Highly recommend!
