    So far so good.

    I got this because my old rump does not loke standard bike seats much anymore. This is easier on my back and rump. It has a good range of tension, and the display is easy to read and work. Putting it together was easy enough. The weight limits on this were what i needed. It's price was very competative. I have no complaints.

    looking forward to regular use and see how it stands up to time. My knee prohibit long walks and muscles have deteriorated and I will be building them up

    To set the resistance on the stationary bike, simply use the resistance knob located on the lower right side of the display console. Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance (making pedaling harder), and counterclockwise to decrease resistance (making pedaling easier).

    This exercise bike does not come with built-in pre-programmed workout series. However, we recommend downloading the Merach app, which offers a variety of professional workout classes led by certified coaches. The app includes interval training sessions with different tension levels and durations, so you can easily find a 10-minute workout that fits your needs.

  • Can I get this assembled for me?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the bike fully assembled, as doing so would put it at high risk of damage during transit. The bike comes 80% pre-assembled. We provide an assembly manual and an assembly video to guide you through the remaining steps.

  • So the COLORED monitor shown is one we have to supply ourselves?

    The bike itself comes with an LCD display that shows the following workout data:Scan,Time,Speed,Distance,Calories,Total distance,Heart rate, We do not provide a separate color monitor. However, there is a built-in device holder above the display where you can place your own tablet or smartphone. When connected to the Merach app via Bluetooth, you can access a variety of classes and interactive competitions to enhance your workout experience.
