The machine gives you a great workout. I wish there was a little more resistance but it helps you build resistance in your abdominal. Easy to move and store

This machine is compact but provides a great workout. I have been using the machine now for two weeks and I can feel the difference in my legs, abs and glutes. The resistance is great for me so far.

Easy to set up and use, works just as good as a stair master if not more challenging

This is such a great exercise piece of equipment. It's easy to use, and compact enough to store away.
