Amazing vibration plate!

I love this plate!! I use it morning and night! It helps with restless leg sydrome and my sore hips from standing with my job. It also burns calories!! The only reason it isn't a 10 is because i did not recieve the handles for the band in the box. Just the remote and the rubber bands.

I love it! It has a ton of levels, the size is really nice. I can stand comfortable with my legs shoulder width apart. It really made my muscles relax after use and I sleep better.
