Meta AI glasses
TeddyP Posted
I am very happy with this purchase. They look good and have a very nice sunglass lens in them. The camera and the music work great. I am having a little trouble starting and stopping the video when I want to, but perhaps that will come with more practice. The Translate feature has not worked very well, but I don’t blame the glasses for that. I don’t really understand the need for the glasses to flash at people when you take pictures or video because our phones don’t do that, but I guess that’s what the industry decided to have so you don’t look like a creeper. A very solid product and I hope they last for many years.

Hi Teddy,
Thank you for taking the time to review the Meta Adventurer glasses.
We're so glad to hear that you enjoy your glasses and its features.
If the live translation isn't working well, please try the following:
1. Make sure the software is updated to the latest version
2. Try a force restart:
- Slide the power button back to power the glasses off.
- Press and hold the capture button.
- While still holding the capture button, slide the power button forwards to turn your glasses back on.
- Release the capture button as soon as the status LED turns red.
After a forced restart, it may take a few minutes for your glasses to reestablish a connection with the app. If your glasses don't reconnect to the app within a few minutes, you may need to unpair your glasses from the Meta AI mobile app and from the Bluetooth devices on your phone, and then repeat the pairing procedure.
We hope this helps! If you need further assistance however, please feel free to reach out to our support team at any time.
Have a good day.

Great for vacationing
Victor Posted
Great vacation sunglasses—you can capture photos and videos without constantly pulling out your phone. I just wish they had a zoom feature. The biggest downside is the poor battery life, and it’s easy to accidentally play audio while getting used to the controls. The “unblock the lens” security feature is also annoying; I tried recording in a dark tunnel, and it kept thinking I was trying to secretly record someone.

Hello Victor! We're glad the glasses were great for your vacation photos! We appreciate the feedback on zoom and battery life. To prevent accidental audio, you can adjust the touchpad sensitivity in the app. Regarding the "unblock lens" alert, this sensor triggers in extreme darkness to comply with privacy safety standards. Safe travels!

I got these to help me as a blind individual to complete simple tasks using the AI, and man did it deliver. The action button specifically was very helpful as you can customize it to do many different things such as a custom prompt for the AI, playing music, or calling Be My Eyes which is a service for the blind which I found very helpful.

Excellent AI glasses. Response time is too good compared to other similar products in the market. When purchasing these glasses I was not sure of the camera quality but its very good and give competition to iPhone 17 pro max camera lense any given day, and with the AI integrated through Meta, you can always enhance the photos quality. I would recommend this to anyone, must try.

Very nice entry-level glasses. Easy to us, user friendly app to sync with and fun to try all the things you can use this for. The ONLY thing I wish were better is that they are a bit heavy. Hopefully in time, they will perfect that. Otherwise awesome so far!
