This is a good product. I like the sound quality. The video is crystal Clear the translation is pretty good it bugs out sometimes if there’s multiple people talking, but other than that, it’s the best one I found in today’s market for translation. 10 out of 10 would recommend these things are awesome and such a cool gadget to have.

Stopped Charging After 11 Days
m00n456 Posted
I really liked these glasses at first. The video quality was good, they were comfortable to wear, and the AI features were fun to use. Unfortunately, after only 11 days of light use, they stopped charging properly. The battery became stuck at around 10%, and the charging case would only show an orange LED. I cleaned all of the charging contacts, tried different chargers and cables, and followed the troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. Eventually the glasses stopped booting and became stuck with a flashing white LED. For a product at this price point, I expected much better reliability. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed using them while they worked. I'm hoping this was just a defective unit, but my experience has made me hesitant to recommend them.

Hello there! We are incredibly sorry for this frustrating experience and the sudden charging failure after only 11 days. Since you are still within the standard 14 day return window, we highly recommend taking them back to Best Buy for a swift exchange. If that window passes, you are fully covered under our 1 year hardware warranty to get a replacement!

Once I got these glasses, they blew my mind on how much it could help me. Helping me as in translating live conversations and even for fun things like turning people into pineapples. There are not enough words in the world to describe how amazing these glasses are and how helpful they are.

Loving my AI glasses for its looks and the fit.
What I like most about my Meta - Adventurer glasses is how affordable it was. The quality of the frame is very durable. I recently had my eyes checked, therefore I was able to use my new prescription in the frame. These frames will last me a long time. The quality of the speakers on the frames is exceptionally top notch. I work outdoors, and there are times that whoever I am talking with can hardly hear me at times. The sound is amazing when in door. I definitely recommend this product. It is. great tool fo hands free driving. I certainly would buy it again.

Easy to charge and use once set up.

They are easy to charge. It was not easy to sink the glasses to my I-phone. I had to make two appointments with the geek squad to get them working as I needed. I found that even the young agents that are helping had difficulty in setting up the system. Once it was set up the glasses have proven to function as I had expected in helping me with my day to day.
