The image cover Konami generated is the generic one across all of the platforms most likely with just an added Switch logo in the corner. The actual cover has a disclaimer at the bottom about needing to download the games, which means MGS, MGS 2, and MGS 3. The oldies are on the card though. This collection is really neat because it includes the different variations of the games like the Japanese or European releases which did the content in different ways. You'll have everything though like the virtual missions and any particular cosmetics and dialogue variations. While there are some 30FPS limits on the Switch version that the PC/other-console variants don't have, I opted for this one because this one doesn't have the errors like the PC/Steam Deck has including crashing and startup issues, and on top of that doing some market research it's also the currently cheapest version when you purchase it just from Best Buy. Hopefully it gets a Switch 2 upgrade at some point.

It can feel a bit "tanky" if you're used to modern 3rd-person shooters, but once you find your rhythm, you'll be snapping necks and hiding in cardboard boxes like a pro. If you want to experience the genesis of the cinematic stealth genre, this is the way to do it. Whether you're a veteran "Big Boss" or a rookie "Snake," having this masterpiece in your backpack is a must. It’s gritty, it’s weird, and it’s undeniably cool.

This is amazing collection i had this game originally on the first playstation 1 way back in the 90s into the 2000s when metal gear 2 sons of liberty came out and metal gear solid 3 snake eater i never finished snake eater but did finish the other's so im excited to finally play it and end it. And of course play the others as well i recommend this game its truly a classic thank you hideo Kojima for this amazing series

The game was reasonably priced and arrived on time in perfect condition, I will be ording through best buy again in the future.

I love this series, when i heard it was getting a release in a collection on the switch i knew i had to lock down a copy eventually. A true classic that deserves a modern audience, these games are some i think anyone who is a fan of action and stealth based gameplay should give a big chance to!

One of the games that revolutionized the haming industry and that you can carry anywhere thanks to the nintendo switch software, the vontrols were easy and the story was heartbreaking, the price was excellent for a 3 for 1 and lets not talk about the increadible bonus features that this game has. IF YOU LOVE VIDEOGAMES YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR COLLECTION!!!

I wish all the games were on the cart and did not require a download. The audio quality was not that great either. Having these games portabley is a game changer.

A great collection muat have for any metal gear fan. I just wish it had the Twin Snakes version of mgs1.

These games are pure nostalgia. I spent countless hours playing these games as a kid. I love how they challenge you, and make you think. Definitely worth the buy.

By far the best way to play the original 3 games, if only portable ops would come to the switch.

Favorite game series of all time so glad to be able to play it again on now on the Nintendo switch. Very Nostalgic and a series that still holds up today.

Picked this up for $19.99 which was a great price for a great set of games back from my childhood playing these games back on the playstation 1 & 2. I would def recommend for anyones collection.

For The Collector, what a good memories, a must have.

This has the best of the Metal Gear Solid series. You get Metal Gear Solid 1, 2 & 3 plus the original Metal Gear 1 & 2 plus the NES versions of 1 & 2. The soundtrack is a nice bonus feature too. The games look great and run smoothly on the Switch. Fun and portable so I can play at home or away or when someone is using the TV.
