I installed an aftermarket radio in my Jetta and i needed this adapter to complete the install. It was pretty cheap, but i had to drive 30 miles to pick it up. The drive was worth it because I couldn’t wait.

No problems hooking into a 14 jeep Wrangler ultimate. More problems with the wiring harness than this antenna connector. Just plug into old factory connector then into new radio and it's good to go.
