Got this to install a new radio in my wife's 03 Tahoe. Overall it wasn't too bad to install you just have to make sure you cut off the proper tabs that you don't need and leave the ones you do. I had to shim behind the left side mounting screws to pull it flush with the Tahoe dash panel but otherwise was pretty easy.

Store did not have this in stock but ordered it and it arrived within a few days so that my car radio installation could be done when scheduled.

Fit car perfect! Every part was in package as well. Easy job

Would be better if it were a direct fit without modification, but it did work as stated and felt solid afterwards.

I was required to buy to install radio. Seems perfect.
I only used the side brackets to fit my double din radio. I have a JVC KW - AVX800. I also had to screw in the brackets a little behind the normal screw holes because my radio was too deep for the dash. The trim plate wouldn't fit around my radio but the radio fits almost perfectly in the dash behind the factory bezel. There was no need for the trim plate. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. The price was pretty good too for a multi-vehicle dash kit.

The mounting brackets worked fine but our car stereo (JVC) was too deep (long) to fit flush with our dash which eliminated the realistic possibility of using the trim piece. The stereo fit perfectly in our 2005 Chevy Avalanche where the original stereo was, leaving only about an 1/8th inch gap all around the stereo unit. It is not noticeable so the trim piece not fitting was not a big deal.
