Bought this kit for Single-DIN use in a 1999 Saab 9-5 (4-cylinder turbo) dash. Tight fit, open spaces around trim, but holds solid onto my JVC single-din stereo deck. Could definitely benefit from some extra trim fittings on the sides though, as with this setup there are gaps (similar width of a #2 Pencil). Baring in mind: -this IS listed as "Mazda"-, I am not unsatisfied with this purchase. Just slightly misleading is all... But, on the other hand, after several aftermarket soundsystem installations, this particular kit is NOT a loose fit. Definitely very snug, which in my opinion, is a great thing. SO, if you happen to be a DIY person (or don't mind the gaps), this kit will 'do the job' on this specific make/model car... yet, not the prettiest look. But, safely snug (esp if gaps are accomodated)! Beats a loose fitting, for sure. **Pic is without custom trim added, AKA stock installation (pre-mod).**
