Great product & service, but a customer’ mistake…!

The product, service and shipping were all top notch and despite my having to return it I still give it 5 ⭐️; because the fault was mine and I didn’t know that I happened to have the model of car that it didn’t work for, but didn’t find out until after I had received and opened it. Of course, none of the research I’d done ever mentioned anything regarding this, so no matter the outcome BestBuy and those involved aren’t to blame (like most people would do),

Looks great in car. It's black in color not the stock silver of the original for 2012 Mitsubishi Galant ... Still looks good. Arguably better.

Caught it on sale. Was received missing a piece. Almost 3 weeks later, still waiting on new kit to be shipped
