Very good and very bad

I don’t know if this is the item that was misplaced and it took 45 minutes (of my time) to locate it. In any case, after they installed it (and did a beautiful job) they told me it was the wrong color and they would call me in about one week to re-order and install the proper color mounting. I have not heard from anyone yet.
