Never even arrived

This item I ordered never even came. It pushed back the date of my stereo install by almost 2 months. Not very happy about that. I guess Best Buy cannot controls late shipping issues. Also the trim around my factory deck is a silver color, this one is black. I hope it does not change the look of the inside of the car.
