These were the wrong brackets for my F250 I had to modify my old brackets to install my new speakers. The brackets are flat but the need to have a raised rim that's about 1" to fit into the door panel trim right.

Works sort of. My alpines wouldn’t line up with any holes that would work with my ford pickup. Had to drill or ghetto rig some things to get it to work.

I've used 2 pair of these and had success once with some 6.5" speakers, but I had to trim the plastic so much that there wasn't much left and I was afraid they'd break. One the 2nd pair (rear speakers) there was no way I could put a 6.5" speaker in there with any amount of trimming, so I tossed these and made my own out of MDF board. The description and a google search for this part # shows things like "5.25 and 6.5 speaker adapter" but they are NOT really made for 6.5" speakers. It might work, but you're going to have to trim them and rig it up.

If you own a Ford and you are installing speakers get these adapter plates for a perfect fit otherwise you have to jury rig the speakers to fit. Low cost for easy installation.

I haven’t used them yet, but they were comparable price wise to other ones.

The geek squad guys installed these. Works perfect.

These would have worked well if the holes were centered. The holes being off center cause a problem mounting them.

The guy at best buy sold me this and it doesn’t even fit the speakers that I bought.
