This is my fourth Microsoft Mouse 3600. The most ideal shape and favorite thing. Despite the fact that the first three were exchanged under warranty, we still do not refuse this manufacturer. excellent ergonomics and wonderful quality of materials. Unfortunately, this purchase from Best Buy was also not completely satisfactory. The new mouse out of the package has scratches or a factory paint defect. Performance, it should be noted, was not affected by this, but it looks aesthetically unpleasant. We hope it will work for a long time, if not, then we will replace it under warranty as usual.

I have a tablet that I don't like the finger pad on. I originally went to BB to purchase a usb mouse, and thankfully the BB rep showed me the Bluetooth mouse options. It made sense to try this route so as to keep the 1 usb port on my tablet free. I purchased this Microsoft Bluetooth mouse along with another name brand Bluetooth mouse that had similar reviews to the Microsoft one. They were both on sale for around the same price, but the original price of the other one was higher. I figured I would try both out and return the one I didn't like as much. I tried the Microsoft one first because I thought I would like it better based on the smaller size, 4-way scroll option, only needing 1 battery (compared to the other one needing 2), overall design, and a few other reasons. I was right. Everything worked so well, that I didn't even try out the other mouse. The Microsoft mouse is lightweight but doesn't seem "cheap" to me. It responds perfectly and linked up flawlessly with the Bluetooth settings on my tablet. It also comes with a much longer warranty (either 3 or 4 years, but I can't remember) than the other brand, which only had 1 year. Great price. Great product. Hope this helps. Thanks. Matthew 7:12

Like that it's bluetooth so frees up a USB port. It connects easily, stays connected, works smoothly and accurately. Can't vouch for battery life, yet, but it's been a week and still going strong with average daily use of 2-3 hours.

I love this little mouse. I use it with a MacBook Pro (I know - Microsoft + Apple) and it's awesome. It worked right out of the box (after pairing it of course) and I don't have to worry about carrying (or losing) the little USB adapter. The mouse is very responsive and feels pretty comfortable. It works perfect.

Mouse is exactly what i was looking. Doesnt connect if i turn on the mouse before my mac book pro. If i turn on after login in, it syncs fine. Reason i didnt give it a 5 star rating is because if you are using 2.4ghz wifi it will interfer with the mouse and cause it to skip and freeze up accross your screen. To resolve this you have to be hardwired to your router or us 5.0ghz wifi on your computer

I specifically purchased this mouse because it's Bluetooth and used different laser technology with the mouse. I didn't want to plug another device into my USB ports on my laptop cause they come at a premium. I also didn't want to use a conventional red laser mouse as they tend not to work on different surfaces. This mouse fit the bill for both and was reasonably priced. I am very happy with this mouse.

I have owned a couple Blue Tooth mouses before and this one is the best by far. Previous ones that I have owned have always lagged in their response time when I have moved them but this mouse is as fast as any mouse I have owned including a USB and a USB with a cord. The great thing about the Blue Tooth is it does not use one of your USB ports. I highly recommend this product.

It works great. Good size, good weight. Long battery life. Connects PC easily l, even Windows 11 (which I believe the description said it wouldn't work, but it does)

I'm been using this for a few weeks and it has been doing what it claims to do. Works with bluetooth easily so I'm not using a USB port on my Surface. Connection is easy. Battery life is good so far. Goes to sleep when not in use. I haven't noticed any delays like I've heard from other brands.

I really like the look and feel of this Bluetooth mouse. It is compact enough to carry with me, and it is large enough to give me a good stable mouse experience. I would like however, to have a back and forward browse buttons as other Microsoft mice. Battery life seems to be very good and the status light is helpful to know where the batter is in terms of duration. The on/off button is a little tricky, need to hold for a long time to bypass the pairing stage (especially once it has been paired already). Other than that, the traction and mouse performance is very accurate.

Very nicely constructed "laptop-sized" mouse with standard buttons, including an extra within the scroll wheel. Pairs very easily with the computer in Bluetooth mode, and the tracking is excellent on all surfaces that I tried, including glass. It uses a single AA battery which is easily accessible by an easily removable tab on the under-surface. Nearby, there is a small on/off button which activates a blue light, which will blink when put into bluetooth discover mode by simply holding down the "on" button for a short period. Once paired, the light glows continuously. Unfortunately, there is no illumination on the upper surface of the mouse to show that it is "on", so, it's easy to forget to turn it off; however, in the rest mode, fortunately little current is consumed so that failure to turn it off will impact relatively minimally on battery life.

This mouse works great over Bluetooth on my Dell XPS 13 with Windows 10. This mouse is a little small, but can be used for long periods of time. I chose this over the Microsoft Sculpt mouse because this design seems more ergonomic when in non-traditional locations like a recliner. My connection has been stable, and I have not encountered any cursor delay. The "BlueTrack" technology let this mouse work well on all the surfaces I've used. There are no extra buttons, such as a back button. You may want to look elsewhere if this is important to you. Build quality seems good, and there doesn't appear to be any exterior materials that'll wear out. I replaced a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 with this model. It is roughly the same size, and it is nice to not have a USB transmitter. I'd highly recommend this mouse, unless you want extra buttons or a larger size.

Nice Bluetooth mouse. Small and portable. If comfort is important, you will want to purchase a full-size mouse instead of this mouse. The mouse has a single small recessed button for on, off and Bluetooth-sync. A separate rocker-switch for on-off would have been a better design - obviously. I guess Microsoft thought it was important to save $0.01 by not have a separate switch. Read the instructions to figure out how to use this combo-button. Microsoft has probably already lost money from the confusion and complexity of a combo-button. I'm using this mouse with a new, top-of-the-line HP notebook computer with Windows 10 and Bluetooth 4.2 LE (low energy). I have experienced no problems with connectivity. I have the cursor sensitivity set to the fastest setting and it still feels like I need to push the mouse a little bit too far to get the cursor to move as much as I would like. Perhaps a new Microsoft mouse driver will help that. I'm currently using the default Windows 10 mouse driver.

Works great on my 2012 MBP 15" running newest Mac OS. Good feel easy to connect to Bluetooth for a 80% cheaper of the price to Magic Mouse 2.

Ever since the switch from rolling ball to optical laser-controlled mice, I have purchased them from Microsoft and have never been disappointed. I write this review in part with a decade+ old wired, optical mouse. This bluetooth mobile mouse is no exception. It features easy set-up, nice laser response, a very comfortable grip, with snappy clicking, and a responsive scroll wheel. A perfect mouse to pair to a laptop with a poorly implemented touchpad.
