Refurbished - Noun: Repackaged Customer Return

Pencil arrived in a very rough box, the pen tip is well worn and the battery was missing. This seems like more of a heavily used resell rather than a refurbished item. In fact I don't think it's been refurbished or even inspected for that matter, it seems like a customer return that had a refurb sticker applied to the box. I understand if there's marks/scuffs/scratches being a refurb, but a heavily used stylus tip? Really? For $50 I'm buying a heavily used stylus that's "refurbished" and you can't even supply a new tip? Wouldn't recommend, had I known it was just going to be a resold returns item instead of a refurb then I would've bought a used stylus on eBay. Stylus is functional, but that's honestly a low bar and shouldn't be counted as a pro. Won't be buying BestBuy refurbs again.

DONT BUY REFURBISHED!!! My package arrived with no directions or even a battery. Online chat stated to take to store to get assistance. Not worth the headache of having to take to store to get it to work.

It didn't work and came without a battery. Mind you I had a battery for it but it still didn't work with it on.
