Geek Squad Certified is the way to go!

My Surface Pro started having issues - certain keys stopped working and it was hard to login - so I searched for a replacement. I found a table version that had more of everything and it was a lot cheaper because it was certified by the Geek Squad as refurbished. Works great!

Refurbished but looks and runs like new. Very fast. Happy with the Surface. A few apps wouldn’t run due to the ARM processor but that was expected. Highly recommended

No charger included, misleading customer service

Product is great except that it did not come with a charger! Best Buy customer service offered a credit to buy one, but that never got applied to my account. So it ended up costing me an extra $100 so I could charge the device. Next time I'll choose in store pickup rather than shipping.
