Microsoft Office Home 2024 is a solid, one-time purchase option for users who don’t want a subscription. The download and activation process was straightforward, and it installed smoothly on my device. It includes the essential apps—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote—which cover most everyday home and student needs. Performance is fast and stable, with a clean, familiar interface. The apps open quickly, and everything runs reliably without lag. Excel and Word, in particular, feel polished and powerful for both basic and more advanced tasks. It’s also nice to have full compatibility with files created by Microsoft 365 users. That said, this version does not include cloud storage, ongoing feature updates, or access on multiple devices, which may be a drawback for users who need those extras. If you’re looking for a simple, no-subscription Office suite for one computer, this is a good choice. If you're looking for the standard, no-surprises, powerful office suite, this is it. It's Microsoft Office. It works perfectly and has all the programs you'll need to get work done. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a trusted classic without a subscription.

This version of MSFT Office works well. It opens and modifies excel documents that are 10 years old. It was easy to install and I am still using it.

I bought this because I did not want to pay a subscription to Microsoft 365. I only use Word and Excel because I grew up using them. I bought a new MacBook Pro and did not want to learn the MacOS version--Pages and Numbers. It was easy to install but note that you have to link the product to your Microsoft account which will require you to log into when installing. This way they can verify that the product is linked to only 1 device. This product will probably last me at least 10 years so the cost comes out to about $10 per year vs a Microsoft 365 subscription of $70 per year. When it comes time to upgrade I will just buy the current version of this software.

So glad Microsoft still offers a standalone version of Office! It's a one-time purchase that lasts basically forever. There's no telling when Microsoft will decide to stop offering this standalone version, but I hope it's never. You can reuse this on as many devices as you wish, as long as you deactivate it on the old device before activating it on the new device.

The Home version of MS Office is exactly what I needed. I appreciate having the option to install a version of MS Office that doesn’t require an annual renewal.

Everything works well with this software and had no any problems. Easy to install and activate even for non-professional.

Very good for work and other stuff. I like the power point feature the most. Helps a lot.

Decent value for the money. I went with the one time purchase rather than the 12 m subscription. Digital code gets sent to your email for activation. Pretty straightforward. Wish they would allow at least two devices.

Obviously Microsoft Office is essential for anyone with a PC that's using it for school, work, or personal reasons. The idea that you have to buy a subscription is absurd, but luckily Best Buy offers a one time purchase of the program. It's easy to buy, easy to install, and easy to use.

It can run multiple things! Would recommend!! Its just great in general!

This Microsoft Office 2021 is what I need to do my paperworks. As long as my laptop is operational I will not need of purchasing or paying on another Microsoft Office tools.

I would highly recommend Microsoft Office Home 2024. The software applications are elegant, creative and flexible.

Have already used the Word program and Avery templates to print out mailing labels I made. They turned out great. Even my sister who has a Masters and taught computer says I did a good job.

I bought the perpetual license as I keep my computers a long time. SO far I have used Word and Excel for a variety of year end projects and getting ready for taxes. So far everything works well !

This new version of MS Office 2021 is worth the price. Though this is slightly different from my old version of MS Office, I am now beginning to appreciate the new features through learning on my own.

Haven't had a new computer for 11 or 12 years. A bit of a learning curve but love my Mac computers and Apple products in general. This computer is so much faster and lighter and has a lot more storage - very happy with my purchase!

Was easy to install and seems to be working great. I prefer this to the subscription version so I just pay once.

I am an Educator. I spend a lot of my own money to facilitate learning in my classroom. So having Microsoft Office Home and Student is a must. It allows me to what I need without paying a lot. I use the program to grade essays and so much more. I couldn't do my job well without it. I also recommend it to my students. Easy instructions to help you download.
