I purchased and tried several latest laptop models, including the MacBook Pro M4 Pro, Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro, and Dell XPS 9440, but none provided the same experience when using Microsoft apps in Office 360. I don't edit videos or pictures; I mostly stream videos. This laptop is perfect for me. High Quality and looks beautiful. If you're looking for a laptop for office work, this one is ideal. It's great for streaming videos too, with excellent battery life, screen quality, performance, sound, touchpad and keyboard. No issues with apps compatibility.

I’ve been using the Microsoft Surface Laptop Copilot+ PC (7th Edition, 15”) along with the Thunderbolt 4 Dock, and so far, it’s been a great setup. The laptop is fast, quiet, and has great battery life. The Snapdragon X Elite processor handles everything smoothly, and with 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD, there’s plenty of space and speed for what I need. What I Like: The 15” touchscreen is sharp and responsive—great for work. Battery lasts a long time, way better than most laptops I’ve used. Runs quiet and stays cool, even when I have a bunch of things open. It’s lightweight and looks sleek, so it’s easy to carry around. The Thunderbolt 4 Dock is super convenient, letting me plug in multiple devices without messing with a bunch of cables. Final Thoughts: This is a fast, reliable laptop with a great screen, long battery life, and solid performance. The Thunderbolt 4 Dock makes it even better by adding more ports for easy connectivity. If you need something powerful for work, school, or everyday tasks, this is a great choice.

This laptop is exactly what you would want from one. Snappy performance plus an all-day battery. The haptic trackpad gives it a very high-end feel, and this thing is so lightweight you'll forget you have it if you're carrying it in a bag. The charger is also magnetic, and for anyone who has broken a charger port before from it either falling or forgetting it's in when you pick it up, no more, this thing will disconnect in either situation without damage (accidently already tested). I know lots of people talk about compatability issues with ARM processors as they are just becoming widely used, but so far for work and school, I haven't encountered any. Just don't buy this expecting a gaming laptop, as that's not what it is. Before buying, I suggest talking to the geek squad to make sure you're getting what you need. They have been extremely helpful to me anytime I've had questions. In my opinion, this laptop is a 10/10. I would strongly suggest getting Geek Squad Protection, too, saved me in the past and is currently saving me right now by fixing a 6 month old dropped laptop. You never know if you'll need it, but trust me, it's a lifesaver when you do.

This laptop is everything what I need it for. Works great with my college studies. It has a good feel to it when I navigate through the tasks. Super fast and the battery lasts forever.

I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 (15", Snapdragon X Elite), and overall it’s a solid, premium device, especially for everyday productivity and portability. What I liked: The design is sleek, lightweight, and feels high-end. The 15” 2K touchscreen is bright, sharp, and great for both work and media. Battery life is a big win here; it easily lasts through a full workday without needing a charge. Performance for regular tasks like browsing, Teams, Office apps, and light multitasking is smooth and responsive. The Copilot+ features are interesting and show promise, especially for productivity workflows. What could be better: Since this runs on Snapdragon (ARM), not all applications are fully optimized yet. Most common apps work fine, but if you rely on specific heavy-duty software, you may run into compatibility or performance limitations. Also, while performance is great for everyday use, it’s not meant for heavy video editing or gaming. Overall: If you’re looking for a stylish, long-lasting laptop for work, school, or general use, this is a great choice.

I love this computer, it is great for my academic needs as a bio major and works smooth. I even do minimal gaming on it from time to time and don’t experience any lag. The sound quality is great and the camera quality is decent with a good mic too. Would recommend for students but those who was a lighter and more mobile device, go with the 13 inch instead!

Just what I was looking for, easy to use, right size, great speed.

The device functions well and has a good battery life while still having exceptional performance. Since the laptop runs on ARM rather than x86 there are a few oddities and issues with installing certain software. It is important to be aware of some of the compatibility issues with ARM prior to purchasing this laptop.

My new Microsoft Surface is great! It is faster, the screen is very clear and love the fact it is easier to read my input due to larger screen. The only thing I do not like is the time it takes to find the cursor when typing. Other than that, is a big improvement over my 2013 Surface.

Well, I guess it's Ok so far. The mouse pad has been an issue with the right click. I called Geek squad and the work around was to click using 2 fingers. I'd prefer not to have to do that. Then I can seem to find where my files are and my downloads don't go to the folders I need them to automatically. I have to manually take and place them in a particular folder each time I download something. Plus, making new folders is weird. I plan to call Geek Squad again about these issues. Why does it only have one USB port?

Gift for my 17 year old college bound son. Perfect laptop! He loves it and will use it for many years to come hopefully. It is a slim, yet durable feeling laptop with a large, vivid screen. Very happy with this choice and shipping from best buy was lightening fast.

It has been a great computer so far with little to no compatabitiy issues and/or easy to find downloads/patches for any compatibility issues. It has has the best battery life of any laptop I’ve ever used, yet I can’t fully give this laptop 5 stars because I was led to believe it could function reasonably well as a gaming laptop. This couldn’t be further from the truth, for a majority of a my steam games fail to load and/or are corrupted/unplayable. This issue even reaches into the Microsoft store with some games like Minecraft failing to ever load.

I love this computer. I would recommend this to anybody. I have not had any trouble with it. I have had other computers from other brands and they run good at first but the they start to slow down and this one is still as fast as when I bought it.
