Well made and run smoothly prior to running updates after which most of the apps including outlook would not open. Factory reset got everything running smoothly but again stopped working after update. Strangely it wasn’t the windows updates but some hardware (not firmware) updates causing the issue. Anyway returned it as one would expect a $2k laptop not to have these kinds of issues. Back to my old Surface Laptop 4 which is still functioning. I may buy again later after they iron out these issues.

This laptop gives you best of both worlds touch pad convenience and solid laptop. It has stunning battery life and zero lag unlike few other laptops out there. Plus being from Microsoft give you peace of mind on timely updates. Highly recommend this
