The MS Surface Laptop 3 is a full-featured machine. It performed very well at running multiple tasks including my cellphone as a PC camera while broadcasting to Zoom via OBS Studio. While the price is a bit steep, it felt really good to type on and was simple to use. Did everything I ever asked it to do. One complaint I would log is not even related to the computer itself, sort of. Virtual backgrounds in Zoom do not support the AMD chipset. Boooooo! Otherwise, this is a powerhouse of a computer that is quite capable of replacing desktop computers for most consumers!

Ease of use and fast. Battery is under test is is not having issues. Best feature is face recognition and loads up pretty quickly

Computer has great processing speed, easy to navigate and good sound. Use this computer for work and it definitely gets it done with ease. The only downside i have found so far is that it only has 1 USB port, but I have used a docking station for additional ports to get around.

I absolutely love my new laptop. I have never had one and it has been so easy to use with alot of great pop ups and tips for using. Would totally recommend. I was even able to hook it up to my monitor so I can also have a bigger screen.

Just wish it had more USB ports and an HDMI port Other than that works great and fast!!

I am the IT person for my company. At the beginning of the Covid pandemic, my company needed to deploy 5 laptops to users. There is a limit of 2 laptops per order so I spread the orders out among three people. 5 should definitely be a good sample size. The first thing I do with any new machine is apply all microsoft critical, security and recommended updates. Users reported blue screen of death, and intermittently unable to wake from sleep state. Some even reported that their laptops were too hot to the touch. After trying a few troubleshooting steps on my own, I created a case with Microsoft Surface Support team and did everything they asked, run this report, send this data, send blue screen data, etc. The data was handed off to the data analysis team. 5 five weeks later, there was still no offered solution. We decided to return the laptops to Bestbuy as we had one week left during the return period. I went with another manufacturer laptop and there have been no reported issues.. Stay away from this model.

Great laptop, light, powerful, Holds a charge for a long time for a Windows Laptop. A bit expensive but worth it!

Great computer to travel with as it is lightweight and for completing tasks that require minimal memory from your computer. Large excel worksheets seem to drag upon opening and saving even with upgraded memory. Per reviews online this is due to the AMD Ryzen chip as it does not operate to the level of the Intel chip used on the 13” version and my Surface Laptop 2. Wished I would have waited to purchase this surface until I had read reviews.

I am hesitant to write an outstanding review because I have only had this computer for a month. So far, it runs quickly, smoothly and looks amazing. As a grad student, my usage is mostly research and writing and I think this was a great first PC. The graphics are beautiful as well. I will add that I have little computer knowledge and had a lot of anxiety about buying a computer in the first place-- but I am SO pleased with this!

8 second load time, 10 hours + battery life for normal use, and around 6 hours for streaming. Easily switches from laptop to tablet, has all the features anyone may need for traveling for business or plessure.

I’ve been a fan of the Surface line for quite a while. This laptop doesn’t disappoint. It’s fast, good looking , and is light and portable.

Started college and needed a solid laptop for python and etc. shipping was fast, and the computer runs perfectly. Have not come upon a single task this laptop can not do.

This replaced a dell 17" laptop/workstation for work. It performs flawlessly and is about a third of the weight. Not crazy about the trackpad, but the wireless mouse from my Surface Pro works great with it! Replaces both the Dell and Surface Pro with 1 machine!

I gave up on my very old desktop and opted for a laptop with a docking station. It has so much more in speed and capacity - I love it - and I now can be up to date with software requirements across my total accounts.

I am very pleased with my Surface Laptop! Great screen, great keyboard, light, very responsive touch screen. Combined with the Surface Pen it is great for technical drawings and sketches.

Microsoft has nailed it with there line of Surface computers. For many years I used the Surface Pro but rarely used the tablet side of things and am now using the Laptop version which is great. This is the second generation of Laptop I have purchased.

Love this laptop. It is smooth and easy to maneuver, and the speed is very quick! It is well worth the money, hoping that this purchase alleviates having to buy a so-so laptop every year and a half... this one will stay for the long haul!

This is my first Microsoft Surface Laptop. I love how fast it runs and how quickly it sets up. Very slick and beautiful. I'm hoping to utilize it more when school begins back in August. I'm looking into buying a second one for my daughter.

My Microsoft Surface is excellent, and I love it. I wish it had a number pad on the right side...
