Honestly, I love this computer, it’s absolutely wonderful. The design is great and it runs the programs that I need for school. It does lots of cool things. I just love it. The only thing it that it doesn’t have an hdmi port but luckily I rarely ever need to use hdmi

Looks great and so far very fast, easy to use, and sturdy. Powering on sometimes is a bit slow and wish it was edge to edge screen. Love the face recognition on opening/unlocking.

Bought this laptop for my daughter to take to college. It is lightweight, attractive and packed with functionality and storage space plus terrific processing speeds.

Awesome little laptop. The only flaw is the deck flex, but I can overlook it for the rest of the package.

I really love this laptop. I love how light weight it is. It types nicely too. Overall i really love it. Performance is great and things are up fast and hardly any waiting for websites to load. I don't know if its just my laptop though but my 2 key is sticking out a bit but other than that no issues so far.

Welcome Windows 11. A weird adjustment but still one of my favorite laptops. Has just about everything I could want. A steep price tag and small battery - with no USB-C charging port >:( - but the quality is unmatched by anything in this price range.

I love the color. It's definitely a rose gold color but very subtle. The laptop works well, but my one complaint would be the battery life. It drains quite quickly on zoom calls.

I didn't get a chance to play with this computer because when I opened it, it did not match the color I wanted. Someone else wrote a review stating the same thing... so I just immediately sent it back. I went to Microsoft's website and apparently they named two different colors the same name. The psychedelic fabric design (which is not nice to look at, sort of a mottled texture fabric) is called "Platinum" and the plain silver is called "Platinum" as well. Best Buy does not distinguish between the two and the picture shown in the description is the plain silver... I ordered Platinum thinking I was getting silver metal but they sent me the other Platinum which is that unsightly psychedelic design... I think that is very dumb of Microsoft to do that and because of that I won't be buying anything from them at all. They should stick to just making OSs not computers.

I chose to purchase a Surface 4 because I use a Surface 2 at work. So already knew what to expect in terms of weight, keyboard feel, etc. I just do office work but tend to have a lot of browser tabs and programs open. Glad I sprung for the 16GB Ram. Never lags a bit. If I were going to critique anything, I wish the blue was a little more "blue". Mostly looks like a dark gray (accurate to photos).

I have only ever used a Mac, so this took a while to get used to using. I really enjoy the touch screen. The battery last a long time, even when using video. So far I think I made the right choice.
