This was my first time buying my own computer and I was a little hesitant about the price BUT it was soo worth it. The storage is good and I’m a student, I vlog and edit on it, I store pics from my phone on it & I watch Hulu on it lol. And it’s fast and overall jus great. Also love that it’s touch screen. Onlyyy con is that the battery goes down even when your not using it. So if it’s closed but not shut down/off completely then the battery life is going down. Not sure if that’s for alll computers though lol

Very nice. Setup was quick and easy. Transferred files from older computer with no problems. Great laptop for the price. Design is honestly almost similar to the Macbook Air, but way better. Fast shipping. So far so good. No complaints here. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update my review.

Purchased this because my work laptop is a Surface and I love it. It replaces my 10+ year old Macbook Air. I thought I would be forever Apple until the Surface came along.

I've had a couple of Surface laptops. This one continues what I.ve found to be an excellent producyt line. They are a bit more expensive than some others but you can usually find them at a pretty good discount. Since this one was a clearance item it was $400 off. So far, I'm happy with its performance. The keyboard and trackpad have a good feel and response. I'm actually a MacBook user but need a Windows laptop for my business. This gives the MacBook Air a pretty good run for the money but the MacBook is faster and the battery lasts longer.

Excellent PC. Beautiful display. Colors are luscious. Touch Screen and keyboard have a sensitive touch, like a whisper, and so fast. Lightweight, slim and sleek— the Surface 4 is a go anywhere computer where you can park yourself anywhere and connect everywhere.

Having used many computer manufacturers and models over the years for work (HP, Dell, IBM, etc.), I cannot stress enough how the Surface line blows those other competitors out of the water. At my office we typically use the Surface Laptop and the Surface Pro, and both models are well-built, lightweight, convenient, and have numerous accessories to customize your needs. I highly recommend this computer for any professionals that do a lot of work in multiple locations.

I am happy with my purchase. I had an older Microsoft laptop with which I was very happy. I needed a new computer as the old one was slowly dying. This new Microsoft laptop is easy to use and, of course, faster than the older one. I received a great deal from Best Buy on this product and was very happy with the assistance of the Geek Squad.

Best computer ever. I love everything about it. Perfect color, not a true pink but more like a rose gold. Incredibly fast. Easy to set up. Good speakers, soft and quiet keyboard. Lightweight but powerful. The battery lasts for a full day of work with full brightness.

The MS Surface laptop 4 13.5"was easy to setup and is very fast in comparison to the previous laptop I was using. The backlit keyboard is a nice feature, and the brightness for this can be adjusted, right from the keyboard. This Surface laptop is very light weight and seems to be well built with an aluminum case. The screen resolution, and display colors are great. The battery life is amazing, with the laptop running for several hours without the battery needing to be charged. It shipped with Windows 10 Home, with the option to upgrade to Windows 11 Home. The Surface laptop 4 is available with AMD and Intel CPUs. I chose the laptop model with the Intel Core i7 CPU for performance and this model was available with 16gb of RAM, and 512gb SSD.

LOVE this laptop. Replaced the Surface Laptop 3, and this one is faster. Camera and audio quality are great. As before, thin profile and perfect balance in screen size and weight; I can take this anywhere without much inconvenience. Elegant look, and I like this new Ice Blue color. My favorite thing is the suede-ish keyboard material--if they ever discontinued this, it would be enough cause for me to shop around -- that's how much I love it. It feels warm and comfortable on the hands, unlike every other cold and plastic-y laptop out there. It's both sleek and warm. The keyboard design and spacing are also spot-in for my small hands. Switched from Mac to the Surface, and never looked back.

I've had this laptop for over a year and it's great! It is my work computer so I use it daily, and I haven't experienced any issues. It's also great for travel as it's small and light.

Pros: - This is my go-to laptop. It's the clean version of windows, so it doesn't slow down as other laptops would over time. For what I do which is not graphic intense, it works well. - Fast charger is a plus. - Great aspect ratio for productivity, I think it's the best screen out there as far as the size and aspect ratio. Taller screen shows more content, so less scrolling. CONS: - It has very large bezels, seriously all other laptops are getting smaller and this thing is still the same size. - Lack of proper ports. 1 USB C and 1 USB A is just not enough at this price range. - Lack of USB C charger. - Average battery life (no where near as advertised) (The 5th model was out, and all the reviews were disappointing, They only upgraded the processor, and kept everything else the same, while hiking up the price). I opted to buy the 4 instead. Microsoft....if you are listening...Smaller bezels, More ports (look at Apple), USB C charger, Better camera. -
