I love the Microsoft Surface. This is my second. My fist was the Microsoft Surface Book 2. I loved how you could separate the screen from the keyboard with the Surface Book 2. The Surface Studio that I upgraded to is also a great product, but I do wish they continues the removable screen version.

I love this computer. I have only had mac books in the past but I like this one so much more!

Overall, an excellent product. Very versatile; the "studio" mode is great in the mornings when skimming through news while the keyboard is not needed. Having the touchscreen option plus having the trackpad is great. The keyboard and trackpad on this machine are excellent. They truly do rival MacBook quality keyboards/trackpads, which really says a lot. The laptop is bulkier than what I am used to, however it is light and not burdensome to carry / travel with. Windows 11 is a huge upgrade; the laptop, the OS both feel modern. So far this device has been a pleasure to use. It is on the expensive side, however I would definitely recommend!

The Microsoft laptop 14" is Light weight and functions well. I like it for writing and working on other programs. I recommend this product.

This is a great laptop that has the speed and power I was looking for. No 'junkware' installed that will slow it down. The screen tilt is nice for watching webinars and movies. I think the battery isn't as long lasting as the Surface book(s) but still good battery life.

Bit heavy; but like the two in one option. Had some trouble with the charger connections. But overall i'm happy

This Microsoft Surface Studio laptop is great, and I really recommend that you get it! While in Best Buy's East Brunswick location this laptop caught my eye with its great looking design. The capability of this device to be a laptop and a tablet when needed is something special. This laptop is very reliable. It helps me get all my daily tasks for school and other things done!

Though it is a bit heavy, the surface has provided great service. Battery life is good and screen is great. As a tablet, presenter, and cpu this has given me everything I need!

Size is great. I edit using photoshop and lightroom and it works perfectly for me. Color is great. A litter heavier than I'd like but it fits on the plane and I edit so easily while on my flights.

This computer is great. It's size, flexibility with the moveable screen, and the graphics are all great.

Great laptop! However I did return mine. I got it on sale and I couldn’t pass it up. But after a week of using it it was just too advanced for what I needed. I didn’t need to draw. Nor was I a huge fan of the screen moving when I either opened my laptop or if I was adjusting the screen for vision purposes.(maybe I was just I used to a regular open and close laptop). I needed a regular laptop. And this was one was extraordinary. Plus I missed the Apple ecosystem. This would be a great laptop studio for maybe architects or designers.

I really wanted it to work, and gave it every chance, but was thoroughly disappointed (though not as much as some other Windows laptops) with its battery life. I could barely squeeze 4-5 hours, even though I tried everything, from lowering refresh rate to using battery saving mode. I even tried ditching Chrome for Edge, with only minor improvements. No matter what I tried, I could never get anywhere close to the advertised battery life. That with the massive form factor which should have amazing thermals and huge battery (it's not). It's a nice laptop in a number of other ways, but battery life is thoroughly disappointing. **I don't do anything power intensive. I mostly work in the browser (occasionally have a bunch of tabs open simultaneously), no heavy video calling, but a couple of messaging apps, running most of the time in the background.

Excellent product except there USB and memory card ports are missing.

This is an incredible item from Microsoft. The Surface Laptop Studio really is ideal in my opinion for people who need a item like this for work, home use and other things. Glad to have made this purchase! The features are great, what i like the most is the facial recognition for it to open without having to type in the code. It runs very well for the tasks I do on it! Two thumbs up!

This laptop has a vivid display, something that stands out right when you use it for the first time. It is perfect for someone looking for an all-in-one workspace. It is especially ideal for creatives and students. The only downside to it is that there aren't many ports, however you can always connect a port extender. Given the price point of this laptop, though, I highly recommend buying the warranty as the parts are quite expensive.

Very good and folds well, but the charger cable feels loose/magnetic and does not stay attached to laptop.

I bought this laptop as a replacement to my 12 year old trustworthy Dell Laptop. The device looked well built and I was excited. I use One Drive and Windows 365. All my documents are online. I do all my banking online. As usual, in a hurry I needed to access Bank of America, using the Edge browser that comes with the laptop I attempted to access my account. It would not allow me to do that. I tried several times and finally gave up and used my old reliable laptop. On another day I attempted to use a spreadsheet. Tried downloading from OneDrive , it woul not do it. I showed downloading 0 kbts for awhile. I access multiple banks and spreadsheets with my old laptop every day with never a problem, maybe not as fast as I would like it but it works everytime. I called the Best Buy help desk. They remoted in and of course, everything worked fine. So whatever is wrong is intermittent. They suggested making an appointment but I declined, I live about 2 hours one way from the nearest location. I assume the hardware software combination has a problem and I did not pay good money to be the Guinea Pig. I will probably return this laptop and get another Dell
