The surface is hands down the best laptop/tablet device available today. It's also a fairly robust laptop solution as well. Not the biggest or most powerful machine out there but a really solid all around machine that will accomplish most users activities and excell doing so. Great battery life and light weight; this is a machine everyone needing a portable windows solution should own. Do wish it was a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

Received item as described. No swirls no scratch 100% in brand new open box excellent state. Saved $400. Great personal sleek computer. Loving it. Super fast blasting speed. Love its latest specs Intel core i7 10th generation, 16gb RAM, 1TB SSD and latest graphics card. Comes with windows 10 Home, but I paid $99+tax total $107 and upgraded to windows 10 Pro. Keyboard and pen ordered separately from other seller.

This is a replacement for my 5-year old Surface Pro 3 that started shutting down due to microprocessor heat issues. I opted for the i7, 16GB memory and 1TB SSD w/fingerprint keyboard. I like the fingerprint sign-on as it is instant startup from sleep mode. If you like speed, lightweight, large-storage, small footprint and touch-screen and don't mind applying your Stimulus PPP check as a down-payment for this model, you won't go wrong with the Surface Pro 7...

I had the surface pro 2 years back and then I bought the surface pro 3. My 1st pro experience left me exchanging i3 for the i5. The i3 was just too slow. The i5 was better but then I broke my pro 3 i5 and replaced it with the pro 3 / i7. That was in 2015. The i7 was so much better. I use my laptop for my real estate business. I create and download a lot of marketing materials and photos. I never ran out of memory or had issues with speed. Now, fast forward 5 years, I was ready to upgrade. I bought the latest version, service pro 7 / i7 / 1TB. Trust me, I know it is more expensive but you want to spring for the i7.

I've only had it for a couple week, but I love it already. Its fast, light and portable. I don't do any heavy work on it, but I do zoom calls on it often and it works great! It is also easy to use in tablet mode.

The surface pro is my go to..!! It is everything I want/need. From a fast computer to a tablet where I can watch movies while on the treadmill or on the plane and everything in between.

It is a very useful, light weight computer with almost the same processing power of my older laptop that I used for my main computer.

I bought the Surface Pro 7 though I didn't really need a new tablet because it appeared Microsoft was not going to offer a micro SD card reader on the Surface Pro 8 or the X. I use this feature as my data drive. I work in remote areas where the "Cloud" isn't an option so I need to backup my own date without the assistance of Microsoft. Best Buy offered competitive pricing so I purchased it there.

Portability is great decent power lightweight the battery is horrible compared to my iPad Pro and my MacBook Pro no comparison in terms of battery life where it Shines is being able to use like a tablet but switch between other apps because it’s windows it’s very compatible with each program I bought this for graphic design switching between Lightroom and other Adobe apps then to a drawing program then back to Adobe all flawless so I give it a solid 4 star if they ever get batter right 5 star all day

Out of all the computers I have ever owned, This by far is the best, most durrable and fastest computer notebook I have ever owned. I recomend this computer to anyone who wants a computer they can rely on that takes a lot of abuse.

I did return this device because the Surface Pro 8 had just come out. In retrospect, there are enough negative changes with Windows 11, that I should have kept the Surface 7
