I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 11 13-inch from Best Buy with the Snapdragon X Plus processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage, and honestly it has exceeded my expectations. The performance is extremely smooth for everyday use, multitasking, streaming, studying, and even running multiple applications at once without lag. The 16GB RAM makes a huge difference because everything feels fast and responsive. The display is beautiful and very sharp, and the overall design feels premium and lightweight. It’s easy to carry around for school, work, or travel without feeling bulky. Battery life has also been really impressive compared to older laptops I’ve used. I was also surprised by how quiet and cool the device stays while running. Apps open quickly, browsing is smooth, and overall the Surface Pro feels very optimized. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the touchscreen adds a really nice experience. Buying through Best Buy was also a great experience. The product arrived in excellent condition, setup was simple, and everything worked perfectly out of the box. Overall, this is an excellent 2-in-1 laptop/tablet for students, professionals, or anyone who wants a fast and portable device with premium build quality. Definitely worth the purchase.

I’ve been using the new Surface Pro Copilot+ PC for a few weeks, and it’s honestly the best Surface yet. The Snapdragon X Plus chip makes everything feel instant apps open in a blink, multitasking is smooth, and the battery life easily lasts me through a full day of work (and then some). The 13” touchscreen is bright, sharp, and incredibly responsive, perfect for drawing, editing, or just streaming in high resolution. The new Sapphire color looks absolutely stunning in person, sleek and premium without being flashy. What really impressed me is how quiet and cool it stays, even when running multiple programs. Copilot integration is a great addition too. I’ve used it to summarize documents, draft quick emails, and even organize notes. It feels like having an intelligent assistant built right in. If you’re looking for a lightweight 2-in-1 that combines performance, portability, and smart features, this is it. Microsoft nailed it with this generation. You can see the WHOLE home office setting in the photos. My previous laptop felt short on the stand, but the surface feels closer and taller because it "stands up". I do a whole lot of video conferencing and presentencing, and I travel so much which is why I needed something so portable. I put it under an iPad pro for comparison. I don't do anything extra; just normal everyday work, I keep it on almost all day and I keep it connected to a larger screen about half the time. I had Macs for about 10 years and I dreaded the switch; but honestly it's been okay. I don't miss the lack of screen flexibility and I love the touch screen! I still use the iPad for presenting and watching shows. PROs: It's super convenient to transport, super light, surprisingly scratch resistant (i do not have a screen protector), fits super well in almost any bag, the screen resolution is FANTASTIC ~ i think there's a more expensive one with a better screen... no need y'all MEDs: Battery life runs FAST when video conferencing, it kinda glitches when I connect and disconnect the keyboard (I need to reconnect it's own keyboard to make it work at times), it can be hard to work with when sitting down because the back piece is the only thing holding the screen up. CONs: It has glitched on me and blacked out mid google-meet. I close out all the tabs and restart it but it still does it. This one took the 5th star away. The power cord gave out on me yesterday... extra super PRO: Microsoft has it's own warranty and you can register your device. They are sending me a new cord :) and I don't need to go through BB for it

I have not purchased a computer in over 10 years. As I shopped around, the Microsoft Surface Pro caught my eye. I am very pleased with my purchase as the Microsoft Surface Pro offers so much flexibility, it's very fast, powerful, and lightweight! EXACTLY what I needed and has met my every expectation!

I wanted to love this, but it honestly isn't the best laptop. I have never had a Microsoft laptop before and i'm not sure if that is what is off about it or not, but it is also smaller than I was expecting. I have a 13" macbook air and the screen is bigger than thid even though they are both 13". I don't like how I can only use it on a table or as a tablet, I can't use it on my lap or my couch because it doesn't sit up like a normal laptop does. I guess the issues are my problem, not really the devices problem. It is a neat little device and great for on the go for sure.

Great computer. Fast speed, long battery, multitasks very well. Former Mac user, and this computer is far more impressive and user friendly. I purchased the keyboard with it and together it functions perfectly as a laptop or use it alone in a tablet form.

My wife has been using this laptop for almost a year and she absolutely loves it. She uses it for work and she has really enjoyed it and has not expressed any complaints or issues. She absolutely loves the touchscreen and the compactness. We absolutely recommend this product for any one working at home.

This laptop is perfect and running very fast, very light weights and convenient for traveling or anywhere in used… battery last long time for your use often everyday in the office, personal use… I love this one is the best.

I find it agreeable. One irk is that the pen tip started to flake and degrade pretty fast, but I’ve had it for a few months and hasn’t got worse. It may be due to me pressing the pen pretty hard on the screen in the beginning as I got used to writing on it. Also the pen programming for the buttons isn’t very versatile, but I don’t need it. The laptop itself I am happy with. There are glitches sometimes where it won’t read either touch or the keyboard. When it doesn’t read the touch I restart it and it’s fine and with the keyboard I just have to disconnect it and reconnect. Nothing terrible, but a little hassle

Great little tablet PC! Portable and versatile. Im able to alter blueprints, pictures and excel spreadsheets with or without the keyboard, but adding the keyboard and surface pen definitly makes things easier.

This item is perfect for day-to-day activities, weather you are researching the internet for information, dealing with emails, writing papers or watching movies. Easy to pack up and go with you. I recommend this tablet for most people.

I got this for my brother. Kinda sad that it didn’t come with the keyboard or the pencil but it’s performed so far.

This is my 2nd surface pro. I would still be using my old one if not for my new wifi not being compatible. I love this one .. super fast, connected so easily.
