Well i have used it for two weeks now after pre-order shipping. I am not quite satisfied with the speed because the system freezes when i open heavy files and then take a minute to get back. Another issue is with the browser that keeps giving network change errors. I tried to find a solution but nothing works. The computer itself is stylish but performance wise, it didnt deliver no matter how many plus Microsoft will add to its name. I just dont want to return it because I want to see if overtime it will improve.

I purchased a Surface Studio 2+,/ I received useless form, didn't turn on, I sent it back and BEST BUY REFUSED TO REFUND ME, THEY TOLD ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT, I DID AND STILL DON'T WANT TO PROCESS MY REFUND, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE,

Love the screen and the tilt. Quality and ease of set up. The only thing I do not like is that the USB connections are in the far rear - makes it difficult to pop in and out for copying files. Screen is great, good speed, good graphics

There is honesty nothing like it. Color accurate touch screen all in one with mid tier gaming pc specs is great for graphic design work. Would benifit from a lower price for non professionals and newer hardware but it gets the job done.

Beware, there is a possible design flaw that makes this machine almost useless at times. I have returned two of these in the last month and those plus the one I am using now have had the same issue. The issue is that the cursor can become glitchy and stuck in the upper left corner of the screen. If it happened with one computer, I'd say it was defective. With two computers, I'd say bad workmanship. But with three computers in a row, it has to be a design flaw. I am keeping this last one because the amount of time it is unusable is only 20 minutes, twice a week. The first one was an hour every day. I found posts of others with the same exact problem. Other than a debilitating design flaw, it is great. It is stylish, clear and crisp resolution, and the interactive screen is essential to the work I do as an architect. Oh and then there is the Microsoft Support. It is non-existent. If it were not for the Best Buy return policy I would be in trouble.

It doesn't matter too much because Microsoft has ceased production of this computer. It's a great piece of equipment but I'm sure the price is what killed it.

I bought this in 2022 and have no issues when creating my artwork! I love this device and am able to get the best precision with the tilt action the screen has to offer! Yes it is a desktop but the case makes it easy to lug around when I’m on the go! Sadly, the handle broke but it doesn’t take away from the studio’s performance!! I was recommended this computer by a friend and when I saw the price I thought no way. Upon further consideration and reviews, I knew this was the computer for me. The screen alone is magnificent and the pixel and graphics are amazing. I was worry my current desk wasn’t large enough to accommodate the computer but I had plenty of space. Love the All-In-One desktop.

My daughter purchased this and she is in love with it. She wants to be an animator and this is exactly what she needed!

I only had this computer for 6 months and now it's overheating. I need it for work and Best Buy said it'll be 4 weeks for them to fix it. Spending 5k for a computer and needing to have it fixed is not acceptable. Best Buy should send me a new computer. I paid extra for the protection plan!
