Like most Microsoft products, this is designed for the expert and not the home user. That said, one is forced to use it. Having stated thgat, it is better than any alternative product.

I'm not a fan of downloaded software. Very inconvenient. This has a DVD. I wipe my machine reghlarly to keep performance up. Apps tend to accumulate and sap performance. Win10/works well for me, as good as 7 and far better than 8. Waiting to see how it adapts. New features come without the need for a new opporating system.

I upgraded my computer and it wouldn't accept my older Win10 upgrade. It was running Ming fine for few days then it got crazy and needed the upgrade, then I had to buy it and installed it. Now my desktop is running great!

An Actual Compact Disc with a new Microsoft activation code included. Much better than the newer Windows in my opinion since many of the features are no longer available and requires an internet connection to do an install. Better privacy options using Windows 10 where you can choose what you want to be monitored on your system. A must buy on a new computer build.

Moving to Windows 10 is a major adjustment for me, but I am making the adjustment. It is loaded with things I don't need or want but I've learned how to change the program to what I want and need. Change comes whether wanted or not and we have very little choice in the matter.

This operating system is much improved over others. I can switch between views of how it looks, like back to Windows 7 Professional.

Windows 10 Pro is easy to use and very user friendly in the fact of setting things up.

Bought this once I determined my mobo and chipset would support it. Installation went smoothly the second try. Do not select the recommended 'Download updates from on-line'. Just install from the disk. I had backed up my data first but encountered no problems after install, except for Office 2013 licensing. Went to Programs->Office->Repair and ran it. Problem solved. A week later, I upgraded to Office 2016. No problems.

Windows 10 is the best OS that Microsoft has ever created. No complaints

The three stars are for Windows, but also for Best Buy's not mentioning that this is an OEM version not directly supported by Microsoft. I am not impressed. Of course, Microsoft's support is usually worthless anyway, so probably less foul than otherwise would be the case.

Price for the item was competitive and it was easy to pick up. Had a problem finding the key as MS now puts it under a very small scratch off area on the label. It was not easy to see for me, and I was expecting the key to be inside the envelope with the DVD, not on the outside label. Luckily Best Buy support was up to the task and was able to show me the area to (carefully) scratch off, and voila the 25-character key appeared (albeit a bit hard to read with my old eyes, even with my reading glasses).

Needed an OS for the new system. Played a bit with Linux but it wasn't quite hitting the spot. Best Buy had Windows 10 Pro on sale and it was a great price. SOLD. Works as expected and I'm a happy camper.

Windows no longer supported my current version and I needed an update. Product was easy to install and setup all my current application and peripherals are working properly.

I bought this to put a clean OS on the HP laptop I had bought. The standard OS load on these computers is so loaded with bloat, it's worth the $100.00 to get a clean device.

I simply put the Windows 10 disc in, followed the easy to understand directions. It installed effortlessly and quickly with no mishaps. Great operating system.

For the price, I thought this was going to be a pretty good deal on the full Retail version of Windows 10 Pro ($30 off the MSRP of $199). Instead, it turns out this was the OEM System Builder version of Windows 10 Pro, which means it's definitely priced high. It's also disappointing that even after going back and double-checking, I don't see anywhere in the product description that it mentions this is an OEM System Builder version. 2-stars because Best Buy was great about handling the return.

I'm happy with my Windows 10 Pro. Though, not with the office suite that came with it. With prior versions of Office it was really easy for me to save and find word files. This version takes a little effort to save copies to my computer. But, auto saving to Onedrive and being able to access those files online has it's advantages.

The operating system is easy to install and operate. Microsoft took the best of Win7 and Win8. Easy for users to adapt to as you can select from Start Menu All Programs (and most used) or choose the tile to open applications (Modern Applications). Other Applications are great as well, Cortana, virtual desktops, and WiFi Sense. Btw, Up for 3 months and no crash. Only item that is a bit frustrating is the management tools are switched around a bit.

Had my computer built. Excellent software. No technical issues so far.

I purchased this for my newly-built PC. I ended up only using the code because the version of Windows on this disc is an old build that my new hardware was not compatible with. I actually had to go to my old pc and use the MS Media Creation Tool to create installation media with a newer Windows version. Despite that installation annoyance, the OS works great.
