Works great, well made, and easy to use. The heat and massage combination is perfect for muscle spasms. The massage feature is just right, not too intense, and just the right length of operation time before auto shutoff. My wife loves it and she said it helps with muscle spasms in her neck. I gave it a go while using the massage feature in my recliner and it was so nice I dozed off. So, if you're thinking about buying this for your spouse or better half, buy two, because you will want one of your own.

This is a nice neck massager. It feels comfortable around my neck. I’ve been walking around my house using it while I multitask and if I pull down on the front it hits my neck/base of my skull in the perfect spot. It’s very well made and was easy to charge. This would make a nice gift. I recommend it.

This neck massager really hits all the marks. It’s super comfy to wear/use and the kneading feature gets pretty deep into the knots depending on the mode. My favorite feature is the heat, feels amazing!!

This is probably the best one of this kind of neck wrap I’ve used yet. It sits on the neck well, gives a nice deep massage, and warms up quickly. Great for hitting the muscles at the base of my neck

I purchaed this for my Wife less than 30 days ago. Charged it when she opened. It worked, but after the 2nd charge it doesn’t hold a charge ans stops working within 1 minute. I pulled up the reviews and others have the same experience.

Bought this item for my wife on deal of the day. Charged it and it never turned on. Wanted to exchange it, but Best Buy couldn’t because it was a Market place item. I asked if I could return it and buy a new one at the deal of the day price and they couldn’t do that either. Was hoping for the best. Frustrating.
