Ive been dealing with neck and should tightness for a while and this neck massager has been a nice help. The heat warms up quickly and feels comforting. The massager is light and gentle and the wrap is soft. After 10-15 min my neck feels more relaxed. The design is comfortable, its easy to use and good for daily use.

This neck massager is amazing. The material is soft and comfortable. All the features work great. The pressure is so soothing. I wish it so versed my shoulders and back so badly! Def would recommend!

Works great, well made, and easy to use. The heat and massage combination is perfect for muscle spasms. The massage feature is just right, not too intense, and just the right length of operation time before auto shutoff. My wife loves it and she said it helps with muscle spasms in her neck. I gave it a go while using the massage feature in my recliner and it was so nice I dozed off. So, if you're thinking about buying this for your spouse or better half, buy two, because you will want one of your own.

This is a nice neck massager. It feels comfortable around my neck. I’ve been walking around my house using it while I multitask and if I pull down on the front it hits my neck/base of my skull in the perfect spot. It’s very well made and was easy to charge. This would make a nice gift. I recommend it.

I purchaed this for my Wife less than 30 days ago. Charged it when she opened. It worked, but after the 2nd charge it doesn’t hold a charge ans stops working within 1 minute. I pulled up the reviews and others have the same experience.

WHAT EVER IS INSIDE FOR KNEEDING YOUR NECK IS HARD AS A ROCK. FEELS LIKE IT IS HARD PLASTIC BALLS IF THEY USED SOFTER ONES OR AT LEASTY COVERED THE ONES IN IT WOULD BE VERY NICE ON MY NECK....
