    Featuring an arc-style adjustment design, the backrest offers 12 positions from -20 degree to 90 degree, increasing in 10 degree increments, and the seat has 3 positions from 0 degree to 20 degree, also increasing by 10 degrees.

  • No gap support

    A cushion is added in the middle of the lower back to provide full-body support during flat bench exercises, preventing any gap under the waist. Made of PU leather, pearl cotton padding, and a wooden base, it enhances comfort while improving overall stability.

  • Proper seat height

    The seat height is 19 inches, allowing adults to firmly plant their feet on the ground for better stability during workouts and less wobbling.

  • Sturdy and durable

    The bench is made of 14-gauge steel, weighing 49 lbs. Its triangular support design ensures strong load capacity, while four rubber base pads maximize grip and minimize wobbling.
