True In-Cage Training
Internal dimensions, 41’’ × 60’’, deep enough to fit almost all weight benches, especially incline bench press, and wide enough to accommodate a broader range of lifter without restricting shoulder, elbow, or grip positioning. K7 was designed around the lift, not just the footprint.
Space Saving
The gym cage includes 2 weight storage pins, 4 storage hooks, and 1 barbell storage holder. TIPS: 7 holes on each side of the top and bottom rods, you can adjust band pegs and the landmine (only used on bottom rods) as needed. Bend pegs on top rods can be used for accessory storage. You can also do landmine training in the cage if the space is limited.
Built with Stable
Constructed from 50mm x 50mm commercial- grade steel and reinforced with 8 gusset plates (0.15” thickness) for long-term stability and safety, giving the K7 a maximum capacity of 1,500 lbs. Rigorously tested with a 544lbs drop, it remained upright and fully functional.
WB00 Weight Bench
The Mikolo 15-Position FID adjustable weight bench features 12 backrest positions and 3 seat positions, with a gap-free design that ensures full lower-back support in flat mode. It folds upright to save space, occupying only 3 sq ft, and supports up to 1200 lbs for secure, stable workouts.
