Mint Mobile has been great since I purchased this e-sim. Once I got everything up and running, I haven’t had any issues with coverage or data speeds. Calls are clear and at the price of $45 for 3 months of their highest tier service, that’s a value that can’t be beat. I will be renewing my service once my 3 months is coming to a close.

Get goods signal from almost everywhere. However, if you want to keep the same number for another 3 months it cost extra than buying a new plan with new number.

I have two phones. One with at&t, the other with mint. Mint is FAST! My at&t phone has been giving me more and more issues lately. I might switch over to mint completely. Great coverage too!

The activation got stuck at 3 from 6 steps. No suggested resolution from Mint or Best Buy could solve the issue. I am still trying to get a refund.

Wasn’t what was described in description; this plan is only for new lines and when i wanted a refund because it wasn’t for existing customers. I couldn’t get my money back but every rep i talked to tried to give me it because it wasn’t working.

I purchased this today. Got the PIN to activate the esim. Downloaded the app from the link. Entered the PIN and it got stuck on the activation page (for over an hour now .. it just says activation in progress). I'm talking with mint support, it seems the guy doesn't know how this works with best buy. They normally have a 11 digit PIN, with best buy it's 10 digits. You cannot covert your Best Buy PIN to QR code (unlike a normal PIN). The support chat just asks me random questions "how many emails you got", "which step are stuck on", "did you download from the link", etc. Overall, horrible experience so far. And worst, apparently you cannot get a refund for this!!!

The product itself great. Mint prepaid is good and good deal with the promo. However, the activation process is a nightmare. CS is not very helpful. Get the physical sim pacage and conver to esim would be a better route.

I purchased the 90 day Mint Mobile E Sims Card hoping to download the virtual card but my phone was not compatible to ESims. However I waa able to trade the ESIMS for the Sims Card at a Best Buy store and I love the service. Mint Mobile provides fast internet service ans excellent phone coverage. I plan to stick to Mint Mobike and renew.

During the activation, the process was stuck and gave a error message. The ACT code is 10 digital code, Mint mobile service could not find any information on the code best buy delivery to me. Try to contact Mint mobile for many times, they kept let me waiting for the reply from the tech team. 5 days past but none contacted me ever. Bestbuy agents also kicked me between different department without any solution or refund. Totally a fraund! I will submit a lawsuit again this case

Could not activate due to the app gets frozen on activation phase. Spent my first two day of my U.S. holiday arguing between support. Mint support does not help and says Best Buy has its own activation system and they should help. Best Buy support also unaware how to help and does not accept return order saying it is a digital product and cannot return. I just paid fof a product I couldn't use. Just use Mint website instead of Best Buy to buy a plan. That worked within a minute.

Unfortunately, I'm one of the people, as per earlier reviews, who can't get past the app freezing up. The phone is compatible but Mint can't do anything about it without a code from BB, and they don't know which code that is. As you can't refund these purchases, I wouldn't recommend getting one.

This was an awesome purchase, because I was able to immediately activate it and install the eSIM to start using the 3 Month Unlimited Plan for $45 total. Well worth the investment instead of the $90 w/ tax option. Plus Mint Mobile has better coverage than Visible, which changed their plans to make you spend more to access all the cell towers and Ultra 5G.

So when I first bought this I didn’t realize what an esim was, I thought it was just a 3 month plan, after spending some time speaking with mint mobile and them figuring out how to help me and understand my confusion they ended up figuring out that my phone isn’t compatible with the esim. He told me there more for ios, pixel, and another type phone so just go to mint mobile website first to see if your phone is compatible with an esim before you buy. This isn’t the actual physical sim you insert on your phone. Also incase you didn’t know like me, esim is a virtual sim card that’s automatically added on your phone with a code.

Big Warning, avoid-do not waste your time or money Well we haven't been able to use it. Mint wants a 17 digit code to connect them to the Best buy mint e-sims. Best buy gives a 10 digit one. We called Mint they said oh that's on Best Buys end, spent hours trying to talk to best buy to get the issue resolved and we were emailed a link to do the exact same process from the original receipt and instructions email, still wanted a 17 digit code, imagine that. So now we wasted money to have 3 month cell service so I don't have to stress over no phone service during the 3 months I'll have no income...plus also basically paid a second payment then on top to keep my current carrier active when I needed that money for stocking up on food. So we have 2 useless e-sims and Best Buy nor Mint have any responsibility for resolving the issue and they're non refundable so the corporate overload robbed from those in need again. I'm so very very very disappointed in Best Buy.
