If you are into Metroidvania, don't hesitate. MIO is challenging for all levels. I love gaming. Have since I was a kid. I'm in my 50s now, so the reflex time and dexterity are showing signs of wear, but no problem. MIO has several settings to help me. Or, if you like it rough, you can elevate the difficulty as well. It's a big game that challenges your wit and rewards exploration. You can take it slow and casual (recommended for 50+) or your can rip through as fast as you can... which isn't that fast at first, but soon enough, power ups and advancements help make you faster, and more manuverable. Look up some video reviews if needed, but from my point of view, you will not regret getting this game! Some courses can get frustrating, but it doen't take long to figure it out and eventually make it through... not like Hollow Knight where when you die, you need to travel through 15 enemies, and not easy ones, to get back to your chanllenge... often with less than desired life remaining (grrr!).. Buy this game. You'll like it!

I’ve been wanting to check out this game for a while, and I saw that it got a physical Switch 2 release. I decided to pick it up because (one) it’s only $30 and (two) the entire game is on the cartridge. No downloads or game-key card shenanigans here, and I’m very thankful for that!

Love the game. It assuages the metroidvania itch that dominated last year with silksong. Easy recommendation. Everyone should support the game especially since that full game is on cartridge. NO GAME KC. Hip hip hurray!
