The BP readings were not accurate and it didn’t keep up with steps very well. The fit was great but the performance not so much

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the customer service I’ve received. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times, as well as Best Buy, regarding the return of these rings, and I still haven’t received any real help. The last thing I heard was that someone was supposed to call me back, but no one ever did. Not only was the product itself of poor quality, but the complete lack of support has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve been left without answers and without a solution, and at this point I am extremely upset. I expected better communication and a proper resolution, but instead I’ve been ignored. This has been a very disappointing experience overall.

Lasted 3 months and no longer keeps a charge. Save your money.

Without a doubt you will get best bang on the price and features it offers.

Bought as a gift . Does more than expected and recipient was well satisfied
