Easily adjust temperature directly on the shirt using the integrated touch control button located on the lower front side of the shirt. Up to 9 hours of heat between charges (Up to 2.5 hours on high, Up to 3.5 hours on Med/High, Up to 5 hours on Med/Low, Up to 9 hours on Low) temperatures range from 90-135 degrees.
