Brand new USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71 Aircraft Carrier (Expert Difficulty) Steel Model Kit by Metal Earth. Brand new box. Detailed exterior. Includes 121 parts. Difficulty level: Expert. Highly detailed model kit. Officially licensed product. This model does not have any openings. Assembled dimensions approximately L-8, W-1.75, H-1.9 inches. No glue or paint is required, but tweezers or similar tools are recommended. Was launched in 1984 and first saw action during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. In 2001 on the evening of October 4th, the carrier launched the initial strike of Operation Enduring Freedom against al-Qaeda in Afghanistan from the North Arabian Sea. The ship is 1,092 feet long and holds up to 90 fixed wing and helicopters.
