For a 170 watt adaptor with so many ports, I was surprised by its relative compactness and lightness. It reliably delivers power to my laptop at 140W (tested with USB multimeter). The unit stays fairly cool even when using it for extended periods of time which is a huge plus. Performance was exceptional, and the weight isn't too heavy for a product with so many ports and functions. There can be some sag on looser outlets but the prongs are surprisingly tight and since the weight distribution is well thought out, it stays relatively flush with the wall. For so many ports and power, I was very impressed by the compact size compared to other travel adaptors. Each port delivered the advertised wattage and the unit has a premium build. AC outlet on the adaptor was also strong and secure, and the latching mechanism is quite tight guaranteeing security. Power split is also reasonable and able to charge 2-3 devices at a fairly high speed. However, it's best at charging laptops/tablets or quick charging your phones via USB-C. One small point of feedback was that the USA prongs can slightly tilt the adaptor when connected, as the prongs can be adjusted to accommodate Australian outlets. Wish you could lock the USA prongs into place. The seller was also extremely communicative and customer service was exceptional, I had accidentally ordered the wrong adaptor, and needed to cancel the order but was a little bit past my deadline. Contacted the seller who responded within 20 minutes and successfully cancelled an order for another Mommax product. Pros: Great sustained performance and stays cool, variety of USB C ports and AC outlet option. Great power split and reliable performance so far. Excellent seller communication and product was even shipped/delivered early! Feedback: My only suggested improvement would be the ability to lock the USA outlets at 90 degrees so it's slightly more secure when multiple devices are connected. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product, and keep it in my travel bag going forward!
