It is the worst ever dishwasher posible. It just simply won't wash. We had an 8 years old cheap dishwasher. Without a water heating option. And that thing washed much better! It is simply a shiner machine. You have to wash plates, glasses before putting it into this junk that they call dishwasher. For the money we paid, I was ready to burn it a couple times as a bond fire outside the house. We were trying to change dishwasher detergent. cycles... 3rd rack... I removed it in about 1 month. That was a joke. At least we have more space on the second floor or rack. If you put anything on it,with little oil left ,after the cleaning cycle you would get the same dirty spoon or knife.

This is the quietest dishwasher. Hard to heR it running standing next to it. Squeaky clean dishes and come out dry - even the cups with bottom edges. Very pleased. One flaw however, when pulling the bottom rack out to load or empty the bottom wheel attachment falls off intermittently. Drives us nuts.

The door springs are not strong enough to support the weight of the panel. The door “groans” when opening or closing. The unit “sticks out”. Not flush with other cabinetry.

Love the interior space with the third shelf up too. The wine glass stabilizers are a perfect feature! We love that it was able to be integrated into our kitchen design to appear like a cabinet.

Bought what I thought was a top-of-the-line GE Monogram dishwasher. Upon installation, there was a defect with the hose bib and leaked water all over my hardwood floor. The installation team was able to complete a quick "fix" onsite. Upon the first test run, another leak was detected in the middle of door, and once again poured water all over the floor. This fix could not be resolved, and I was directed to call GE. I am now waiting for the GE selected company to come and diagnosis the issue, which is over a week from the first installation date. Parts will be ordered with an unknown ETA and once received, we will have to wait to get back on the service companies scheduled to fix what they believe to be broken. All in, I estimated it being over a month of non-use of GE's "top-of-the-line" machine that was clearly a lemon and defective from the factory. GE’s stance of “waiting and seeing” before they make any decisions is not acceptable. I would understand their positioning if we were a year, or more into the warranty period, but this unit is a dud from the factory should be dealt with accordingly. I have lost faith in GE’s service and willingness to stand behind their products. If you want a true premium product, I suggest looking elsewhere.
