Great upgrad appliance

Great luxury oven! Another level of high end appliance. I have only had it for a week and my complain so far are those racks are very diffult to remove. Delivery and installation are always problems with Best Buy. You really need a lot of patience and tolerance with them.

Oven Door light will not go out or close

We bought this oven last summer, and 1 month ago, the oven light came on and the door won't close. We called the service department, and they came out but couldn't fix the issue with the sent parts. Rescheduled for today, and they cancelled the service call. This has been going on for a month. Their service and warranty departments are terrible, and the oven broke down in less than 1 year. Obviously not built to last. Will never buy another GE appliance. A waste of $8,100.

Pretty. Slow to come to temperature. Very expensive for what it is. Do not buy from Best Buy.
