We replaced our older Monogram built in, with this model. The old one last 15 years. This new on is very “pretty” on the outside. We ordered it site unseen as we couldn’t find a floor model anywhere in Phoenix. I am very disappointed by the cheap plastic parts used on the edges of the doors and drawers. Quite shocking actually when you consider the price of this appliance. The water filter will be a nightmare to replace when it needs replacing. The user manual is laughable. We are very disappointed with our choice. Our kitchen was outfitted with Monogram appliances (our choice) when we built this house. The installation was a while mother story. One to forget.
