I bought the house that comes with 2 new wine fridges, one worked for 2 years and another one worked for 8 years, now both are not working, called the services, was told that can not be repaired.

Nice wine chiller but a handle is not included and must be purchased separately.

This wine cooler has been installed for about 3 months. Works wonderfully with 2 temperature settings: one for reds and one for whites! Has lots of room for storage. Has a great look (nice wood on the racks) especially when matching other GE products. Very happy with this appliance. Just have to remember to order handle separately. Doesn’t come with the appliance but not charged extra.

We loved our previous Monogram wine chiller so we ordered another one, which though it took 2 months to get here, is every bit as nice as the previous one. However, we didnt know the handle has to be ordered separately for another $150!?? what's up with that?? So we get a new cooler with no handle which took another month to get here. Be sure to order both at the same time.

Great fridge, but like others I’m very surprised it doesn’t come with a handle

Standard wine bottles don’t fit. Shelves are too close together, bottles get caught, drawers won’t open and the labels are damaged. Bad purchase. I’ll end up replacing this unit soon.

Does the job..keep in mind that this is a single zone cooler only. You can choose between red, white or custom temp..

Love the unit. Only issue is Best Buys last mile delivery service is terrible in my area. Rescheduled me 3 times.

Probably wouldn’t spend this much on a wine fridge, but came free with the purchase of our fridge. Looks great with other monogram appliances

Moved in to a condo with the fridge and the previous owners said it had never worked. I called the GE repair service, and the guy came out, said “See, it’s not cold”, told me I needed to buy a new one, and charged me $150 for that. Totally useless customer service. GE was bought out and doesn’t stand by their products. Avoid at all costs.
