Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is an outstanding RPG that perfectly blends the beloved Monsties-riding mechanic with a deep turn-based combat system. The story is engaging and full of heart, with a cast of memorable characters that fans of the series will love. The bond system between rider and Monstie feels more refined than ever, and the variety of monsters to collect and battle keeps the gameplay loop extremely addictive. Visually, the game shines on Nintendo Switch 2 with vibrant colors and smooth performance. The world is beautifully crafted and exploration feels rewarding at every turn. The music is fantastic throughout the entire adventure. Whether you are a longtime Monster Hunter fan or a newcomer to the series, Stories 3 is incredibly accessible and fun. Pros: Deep combat system, great story, massive monster roster, stunning visuals on Switch 2, addictive gameplay. Cons: Veteran players may find early hours slow. Highly recommended for RPG lovers and Monster Hunter fans alike.

This is way better as a sequel than Stories 2. While 2 was just more of the same as the first game, Twisted Reflections feels like a genuine upgrade to the gameplay, mechanics and writing. My only complaint though is that there's no post-story content. It's by far one of my least favorite tropes in video game writing.

The quality of the story, the combat, and even how much you can explore is such a step up for the series. It has been an incredible ride and I’m looking forward to all the title updates ahead of us that will only improve the game.

Fun capture monster and explore the world. More things add to the game then the first and second game.

If you loved the second game then you will love this one. Big upgrade in terms of gameplay and graphics

Great game, the game itself looks fantastic on the switch 2 and has very fun gameplay elements.

Best game of the trilogy, played the ones prior and this one covered all the flaws.

Characters and monsties are so good. Currently going back to restore habitats before advancing stories. Rudy is cuter and as good as Navirou from Stories 1 and 2. Also it’s easy to tell the difference between Murray, Manny, Maury, Milly, and Merry.

We haven’t had a chance to play this one yet. It was ordered as a birthday gift which is coming up soon. But we’ve loved the previous 2 and can’t wait to play this one! It arrived within 2 days and perfect condition.

The game has a way of displaying monsties in the background like they're skipping in animation. I also sometimes see things rendering after zoning into an area. I wish I had known this was a key-card. Key-cards require you to download and must have the game key-card inserted to play. I should have just bought it online so I can have 2 games on the go. I spent 2 hours and 30% of my battery charge to download. I did love the story!
