I loved this product it's really the exact fit for her Ipod. I'm it protect for accidentally dropped and more useful because you can put your Ipod in a very comfortable place that your hand is free to not to hold. Only just using the casing with stand properly and secured.

Honestly, I can’t really say much about the Protection Plan, cause (knock on Wood) I haven’t had a chance to use any of mine yet. Which I’m so Grateful for, especially since BestBuy gives them to me for being a Member. So that’s a Huge Plus and if you’re not a Member, I recommend you become One. Yet I haven’t had a chance to use my Protection Plan, yet I know that it offers all around Protection, it just doesn’t cover Lost or Stolen Items. All of this Information can be found in the Terms and Conditions section of any of the Protection Plans. I don’t know if any of them offer Protection against Lost or Stolen Items. I mostly use Apple, Samsung, Sony etc Products, all of which that can be Tracked with Built In Tracking Apps for my Portable Devices. So I don’t worry about them being Stolen. Some have tried and I Tracked them down. I don’t recommend that you do that, just make sure you Activate the App for any of your Portable Devices that use a Email or iCloud Account to Support and Access them. You can download Find my Android to any Android that doesn’t already have this App Pre-downloaded on them. Most Apple, Google, Samsung, Sony and New Tech comes with this App already Installed. Apple has One, they’re is call Find My Device, it should be Pre-Installed on your Apple Devices. Just Activate the App by signing into the same Email or iCloud that you use for your Apple or Android Devices and you’ll be able to Locate your Devices. The App will even tell you where you last has your Device, if you left it at Home or somewhere that has a WiFi connection. If you have a Apple, Google, Samsung or Sony Ecosystem already and you have those Devices connected to each other. Plus all signed into the Find My Device or Android App. They will notify you when they get separated or too far from each other. If your Device is Stolen (Knock on Wood), you can now use the App to show Proof of Ownership and a Possible Location for your Devices. Cause the App will automatically recognize that it’s not Connected to any of your Devices or WiFi connection that you use. And will automatically connect to other WiFi Connections in Hope that you’re looking for it to Help you Find It. Yes, the App will Snitch on the Theft in a Heartbeat…Lol. You can Wipe your Device Data Clean from the App, you Turn your Device back on from the App, Turn the Volume Up or Down and make the Ringer Go Sounded on the Device to locate it. And you don’t need to have your Mobile Device or other Devices to locate your Missing Device, you can log into the Website, just type in Find my Apple Device or Find My Android and Login into the Site, so you can Locate your Device. Look I’m know, I’m Off Track, yet I told you all of that to keep you form not being Discouraged from the Protection Plan. Even though it might not provide Loss or Stolen Protection, you still have a way to Locate your Device and it Install in most of Days Portable or Mobile Devices. Apple care, good insurance for apple devices customer service very helpful suggested to me to acquire or get 2 years of Apple care insurance. At least I don’t have to worry about my iPad if it break down.

Apple was more than happy all you’ve gotta do is give your serial number and you get 24 hour support remember AppleCare for 24 months is the best you can do And only and including MacBooks I believe but you’re getting a great deal. You’re getting something that you need protect yourself all students get AppleCare drop your computers. You’ll never have any way to fix it. Don’t go to some little hole in the wall get the AppleCare for 24 months protector your investment if you don’t then and you take it somewhere else I’m sure they won’t be able to fix it with Apple
