I loved this product it's really the exact fit for her Ipod. I'm it protect for accidentally dropped and more useful because you can put your Ipod in a very comfortable place that your hand is free to not to hold. Only just using the casing with stand properly and secured.

So I got it as part of an Apple product I bought. I used the service only twice. Once I needed help and got my problem solved. The second time the product had just gone out of warranty. Ended up paying for the help, which was excellent. Like so many other subscription services, I have ended up resubscribing for two yesrs before i remembered to terminate the subscription. I would probably continue to get AppleCare for a new product. It's insurance, but I have not had to use it before the warranty expired.
