Apple Care has turned out to be great. Two apple products, both needed repair, they were able to hook that up without an issue. Now, the "they" I'm talking about is Apple, not Best Buy. I'm not sure if it's the employees in my area or all over, but they seem to be lazy and not want to touch apple. I bought the devices from Best Buy, so I took them back to Best Buy for repair. I'm told they don't work on Apple and it has to be shipped OR take it to another BB that is Apple Certified. I went to a Apple Certified BB location and guess what, they said they don't work on Apple Products and it would have to be shipped. FINALLY got an appointment at an Apple store and guess what, they fixed it right on the spot. Even transferred all the data. So, Apple Care is good, just need to train BB how to work

Iy a good idea to have this on your Apple products if for nothing else than to justify the cost for Apple devices, which in my opinion are more than other products that do essentially the same thing.
