Have purchased this coverage in the past. Never had to use it until I needed to download upgrade to Mac. Coverage had expired by several years but a tech stayed online with me for about 3 hours to help me resolve my problem. I later brought Mac and phone in and tech did diagnostics to make sure all was good. Never asked to charge me. Superstar service and attitude.

Apple care is a no brainer add-on. For a flat fee your apple device is covered for the duration of the plan for just about anything. And you have the convenience of being able to walk into an apple store and have them take care of you.

If you have not purchased AppleCare or AppleCare+ when purchasing an Apple product, then you have done yourself a disservice. This subscription is a MUST to have when buying any Apple product.

I've had to make use of my Apple Care several times over the past 6-7 years on various devices. It has more than paid for itself. Most notably on my MacBook Pro. I always hope to not need it and most of the time I don't, but when I have needed it, it has truly been a blessing.

Apple care is so worth it. I would recommend anyone who is buying any Apple products as it will save you lot of money in long run and cost of fixing Apple product.

ALWAYS get this but keep an eye on the expiration date or you’ll continue to be charged after it’s expired… unless it was just a fluke.

It’s great to know I’m covered by Apple Care. They are very great support providers and easy to get hold of when needed.

I use my iPad everyday, many hours a day and it is good knowing I have AppleCare+ giving me another layer of protection in case something goes wrong with my iPad.

Total Tech is worth every penny, especially when you get AppleCare+ on new iPads. I didn't get this on a previous purchase and regretted it, don't make the same mistake.
