You know something could happen to that new thing you just bought. And it will surely happen if you don't get the insurance. So we joined the plan for the insurance. I think it used to be the Geek Squad, and morphed into this comprehensive customer service plan. It's not cheap and I know it's insurance for the stuff I buy there, but it turns out to be so much. I usually find out how much more when I buy or need help. I hear, "Oh you're covered by the BB Protection. This will be free", or " Oh, you're covered for this" or 'Sure, you can do that, its free/practically free because your a member." It seems to me any time I have a situation that seems iffy it comes out to my advantage because, "Oh, I see you're a member/belong to/are covered by...." Here's how I see it. The plan seems expensive. It kind of takes my breath away when I see it on my AMX at renewal time. On the otherhand, every time I buy something at Best Buy I find out there's some unexpected advantage to me. We have a lot of products in our home that are - All together now...."covered by your membership." I have no idea if I break even, but I do know that I get free deluvery on our new flat screen TV coming tomorrow, and a bunch of free streaming shows and apps. And as I said there were a number of times I got products and services I had no idea I was entitled to. For me Best Buy has got me because "I'm covered" for all this stuff. All that stuff I get at the lowest price available because of price matching (for instance, if the new TV comes in during the new TV release period, and the model I bought is reduced, I can get the difference in price. Because, "You are a member". Go figure.) Best Buy, of course, has me forever when I need an appliance or electronics, or supplies. Good trade off for both of us.

Great to have AppleCare included with my purchase. The added coverage and support provide extra peace of mind. A valuable benefit!

It was the best option after my research. This way i can add other products onto one accoutn instead of paying for protection for seperate products

Free apple care is an always great thing. Service is always good.

This is one less thing to worry about when having an iPhone

A total membership will do what this does, if not more, for however many devices... Plus the repairs & tuneups of a PC. Plus the deals/discounts that come with a membership, plus the "member only" offers, etc, etc, etc. BestBuy Total>>>>
