To my mind, INVALUABLE! I’m rocking along and then “oh CRAP. I hit the wrong (link, delete,) whatever. A simple phone appointment and Voila! I’ve learned something, and my error is fixed! I find the extra moral support well worth the cost. I’m 67, past the excitement of reading the manuals (online,) outta the usage/keeping up with tech by practical use, and Tips/Tricks first in mind when I’m wondering how I screwed up. Well worth the $!! Not to mention how often I spill my coffee on paperwork and devices.

It’s included with my Best Buy Total membership plan, a plan I am actually enjoying more than I thought I would. What’s not to like? Apple care plus. If it breaks, it gets fixed or replaced. Plus, from my understanding, instead of just the typical warranty extension of most plans, it has extra features. Like coverage for accidental damage and even exposure to liquids.
