Normally, I don’t buy extended warranties. I don’t think they’re worth it. I’ve now changed my mind. What an apple 10 series I watch and within three weeks bang. I have smashed my new watch. Remembered I had AppleCare. Call the 800 number reported what I had happened. I was told by AppleCare people that there’s an expedited way to get one replaced. I had my new watch in less than two days I shipped the old one back in a prepaid shipping container that was sent with the new watch and that was it. The warranty was wonderful. There is a small cost associated with having to exchange the watch, but nothing compared to the price of a new watch. thank you, Apple.

Yes, I need this plan because I'm sometime rough on my devices or they accidentally get damage. D so it's just peace of mind, having this plan to protect my new group, the phone, which wasn't my new watch.Which was not very cheap

Most recently, I was the one who dropped my phone and shattered my screen. The ease of setting an appointment and walking in to the Apple Store and then they had my screen repaired the same day! We recently purchased a Mac Mini which I promptly added to the plan and thankfully we haven’t had to fix anything yet but it’s nice to know Apple has us covered if anything were to happen! I buy all my electronics from Best Buy so they’re all covered. One plan that covers everything! I bought my grandson, 8 years old an iPad for Christmas, he lives 4 hours from me. He got a small crack in his iPad went in their local Best Buy, gave them my phone number and they gave him a new iPad. You can also review your coverages under the app. Great plan!

I admit I am clumsy and drop my iPhone from time to time (who am I kidding? It gets dropped several Times in an hour$, fortunately Apple Care is there for all of the cracks.
