When my vmoda headphones died. I realized to late that the company had went under. I looked around and gave these a try. The sound quality is amazing. They have a clear and natural sound that can be adjusted using the eq on your phone or even better through their app using the personalized eq that gives you fine tuning. The noise canceling isn't as advanced as the Sony 1000XM6 or Bose Quiet Comforts but as someone who works as maintenance at a vet clinic (air compressors, mri machines, vitals monitors, vacuums, barkinf and other loud unfortunate animal noises) once you start listening to something, it's not all that noticeable. They aren't as comfortable as the bose and sony either, as someone with a larger head, they are still easy to wear. The track pad is sensitive but i wouldn't say overly so, plus the touch controls are easily disabled. For the price and quality, I can't recommend these enough. I miss the days when headphones focused on sound first and then features. That's what sennheiser does.

I genuinely didn’t expect to love this robot vacuum this much. I got the Shark Matrix Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum RV2310AE 7 month ago, it has made cleaning feel completely effortless. It maps the house so well, cleans every corner, and leaves my floors looking absolutely impeccable every single time. One of my favorite features is the self-emptying base because I barely have to think about it — it literally does the work for you. The suction is amazing, especially if you have pets, hair, dust, or just want your home constantly looking clean without spending hours vacuuming. Honestly one of those devices that makes everyday life easier and gives you that “clean house” feeling all the time. Definitely one of my best home purchases.

My new laptop, a Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, and its accessories, rate an A+, but it would not have without the Geek Squad, which was amazing! I cannot praise them enough for getting me through a difficult setup. Microsoft is being so intrusive now days that the average person is at their mercy to setup a device in a way that is acceptable and which successfully minimizes Microsoft's outrageously aggressive promotion of their products. Truly, as far as I am concerned, my Total Tech cost paid for itself with this one purchase because I more than likely would have returned this $2,000 laptop (hey, don't judge, it was the only model with the ports I needed) if it had not been for the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and patience of Jacob (Geek Squad Tech), Emily (Geek Squad Manager), and Michael (the employee who set me up with Jacob). They were all beyond amazing. I am a granny who has had a horrible few years (lost my husband after a horrendous 5 year struggle with aggressive dementia), and I struggle to cope with any stress these days. The Geek Squad employees at Port Arthur, Texas, just did everything they could to minimize my stress. I just cannot tell you how much I appreciated them. So, yes, the Lenovo Legion gets 5 stars, but it was because the Geek Squad gets 10. I HIGHLY recommend the Port Arthur Geek Squad and Best Buy Port Arthur, and, now that they did their magic to configure and customize my laptop, I am thrilled with it as well. Truly, getting Total Tech (for several years now, even while struggling to stay in my home while my husband was ill) was one of the best decisions I EVER made! We get all of our appliances, laptops, smartphones, and other technology at Best Buy because the Monthly Protection Plan covers all of them vs. paying for one plan at a time elsewhere. We typically choose the 24 month 0% interest Best Buy financing, so the Protection Plan keeps everything covered while we are still paying on it. Many appliances have a lot of electronics that either fail within the first 2 years, or last the lifetime of the other components. Therefore the Protection Plan gets us past the peak failure months. With Best Buy, returns and warranty replacements/refunds are hassle free. We can drop stuff off or have it picked up without paying extra for shipping. Worth every penney!

I recently picked up the DJI RS 4 Mini, and honestly, I’m super impressed. It’s crazy light but still feels really solid and well-built. Setup was quick — the auto-locking arms make a huge difference when you’re in a rush. I paired it with my Sony mirrorless camera, and it handled it like a champ. The stabilization is buttery smooth, and switching between horizontal and vertical shooting takes just a few seconds, which is great for Instagram content. Battery life is fantastic too — I got almost a full day of shooting without worrying about it dying. Only thing to note: if you have a bigger or heavier camera setup, you might want to double-check the weight limits. But for most mirrorless setups, it’s perfect. Definitely recommend it for content creators, vloggers, or anyone who wants pro-looking footage without carrying a heavy rig around!

Geek Squad is helpful for seniors, but I don't like automatic renewals, and they don't let you exchange a lemon laptop (I tried on 3rd day, 10 days, month: they couldn't find or fix malfunctions).

I’m really glad I bought the Best Buy Protection plan. So far it’s saved me $$ on four items. I can see what is going on sale ahead of time. I also have an extended return window- so if any of the items I bought go on sale in that extended return window, I just call and they adjust the price. At first I thought, well this is going to be a pain- but it wasn’t. I believe when you have this plan, your phone number goes to the concierge line-they got me to the person I needed to speak with quickly and did the price adjustment while I waited. Luckily, I haven’t had any problems with the items I purchased-I’ll update this if I need to use the actual warrenty and report back how that goes.
